Marco Gazzino

Marco Gazzino is an executive with over 19 years of experience in the energy sector. Since January ’24, he has launched and oversees new Enel’s business unit dedicated to Energy Communities. Throughout his career, Marco has held pivotal roles within Enel Group, including Global Head of the B2G business line. In this role, he managed Enel’s business with over 3.800 public customers, overseeing operations of more than 3.2 million lighting poles and spearheading double digit business growth, while driving operational efficiencies. Formerly, he was Head of Innovation and Sustainability, where he delivered scalable solutions across key business of Enel. Marco holds a Master’s in Corporate Entrepreneurship from ESADE, a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and has been invited lecturer at LUISS Business School.
