Dr Sam Healy has had a number of roles in sustainability including research and strategy. As Director of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (CR&S) she is responsible for CR&S strategy and the delivery of a broad range of programmes across the QinetiQ Group. Sam is on the Board of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS), focusing on the continued professional development of CR&S practitioners and is Chair of the ADS Sustainability Working Group. Sam was involved in The 5% Club (which promotes earn and learn opportunities for young people) running the campaign in its formative years and then as a Board Director until 2018. Sam received a British Empire Medal for services to apprenticeship and graduate programmes in the defence industry.
