Passionate and committed to building a sustainable world, I am an experienced professional driven by a clear life mission: minimizing our environmental footprint while strengthening social inclusion in a transformative way. Before joining L’Oréal Italy as chief sustainability officer, I spent 14 years abroad mostly serving the United Nations as a civil servant first in Morocco, then in Kenya supporting African countries with sustainable development and natural resources management. To better accomplish my life mission, 5 years ago I made a key move towards the private sector where I first focused on impact investing, then on alternative to plastics by launching an innovative startup and finally acting as Head of Environment and Sustainability at the Walt Disney Company based in Paris. I hold a PhD in Environmental Economics (PhD), a M.Sc. in Environmental Policy and a M.A. in International Relations. This all-round educational background and extensive international work experience has been a real game changer to devote my life to urgent social & environmental challenges in support of both public and private stakeholders.
