Carlamaria Tiburtini

Carlamaria Tiburtini serves as Senior HR Business Partner and Culture Council Leader at Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace company. She began her career as a Sales Analyst at Lehman Brothers before transitioning into Human Resources, where she developed broad expertise across change management, talent development, training, industrial relations, and inclusion and diversity at organizations including L’Oréal and UTC (now Safran). In her current role, she supports key business functions through talent acquisition, development, and retention. As Culture Council Leader, she leads DEI initiatives across Avio Aero and represents Europe on the GE Aerospace DEI Council. She also contributes to several external boards and associations focused on inclusion, equal opportunity, and women’s empowerment.
